Demi Azure has a NO return EXCHANGE only policy. Under no circumstance unless the fault of our own will we process returns. We will gladly exchange items for you with good reasoning. Item must still be in original packaging and return in condition it was received in. YOU the customer is responsible for paying return shipping UNLESS we are at fault for the problem.
